The project manager has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion. The project is substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents.
Recommendation
That the work performed by Jon F. Swift, Inc. for the Ashton Elementary School - SWFWMD Corrections project be accepted as substantially complete as of 8/16/2007.
